Privacy policy

We are a honey shop, not an advertising company. We collect as little as we can get away with and we do not sell any of it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, delivery address and what you bought. Payment is handled entirely by Wix — card details go to them and never touch this website or our systems.

When you contact us: your name, email and whatever you write in the message, so we can reply.

When you browse: anonymous, aggregated page-view counts. No cookies are set for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.

Who else sees it

• Wix — hosts our checkout, processes payments and holds order records.
• Our shipping carrier — needs your address to deliver.
• Google Maps — only if you press the button to load the map on our Visit page. It sets its own cookies at that point, which is why it does not load on its own.

That is the complete list. Nobody buys data from us, because we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax rules require. Contact messages for up to two years, then deleted.

Your choices

Email henriettahoneyllc@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no hoop-jumping.
